Business Operations Manager

Austin, TX

As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Provides counsel to senior management in assisting and/or driving business decisionmaking process. Ensure compliance with financial, legal and corporate policies. Responsibilities include: process analysis/design and implementation, focal, plan and budgeting as part of plan of record (POR), coordinate group activities and crossfunctional teams/meetings, legal and finance interface and lead corporate initiatives. May be called upon to develop group presentations for high level, worldwide agency or other third party vendor management and tracking/analyzing group indicators.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years of experience in Business Operations Management or equivalent role (e.g. Project Management, Operational Management)
  • Familiarity with processes around planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAP for purchasing
  • Experience with PowerBI reports
  • Prior experience in finance or project management or in a similar business operations role

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
