Position Summary
- This position will act as the finance manager to the Home and Distribution Business and will be responsible for providing key financial, economic, and analytical support
- The focus is to influence and drive financial performance through business partnering, analytics, and reporting
Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Partner to our Home and Distribution SVP for our $2 Billion H&D business.
- Collaborate closely with business partners to enhance short- and long-term financial performance (Growth, Profitability, Efficiency, Cash Management) in line with the established strategy.
- Recruit, promote diversity, and develop talent within the finance organization.
- Gain expertise in market segment growth opportunities and macroeconomic trends.
- Identify potential market share growth in target segments, new products, and customer conversion/win backs.
- Forecast short- and long-term business growth and collaborate on its impact on capacity investments across our NAM industrial footprint.
- Collaborate with Pricing and Business teams to establish pricing strategy and execute necessary actions.
- Drive profitability actions through pricing, product mix management, and productivity in coordination with the H&D Hub and GSC.
- Promote collaboration and engagement across corporate, operations, and LOB, ensuring unified efforts and effective communication.
- Manage Support Function Cost through business cases for investment

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- At least 5+ years of related financial experience, with advanced knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles and practices
- Advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Power Point, SAP, HFM and SQL) and the ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly
- Possess superior Excel skills including charting and ability to manipulate large volumes of data resulting from various sources into meaningful and dependable managerial information
- Global Operations background, willing to act beyond financials inside business unit
- Finance Business Partnering experience
- People Management & Influence experience

Preferences
- At least 8+ years of related financial experience, with advanced knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles and practices
- Controlling experience in manufacturing environment
- Accounting and/or Audit background and foundation
