Business Analyst

Houston, TX

The Business Analyst is responsible for the management of ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients for an account or group of accounts. Takes primary responsibility for client satisfaction with service delivery. Response for programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services.


What you’ll do

  • Responsible for analysis, evaluation and creation of business financial documents and tax forms.
  • Responsible for qualifying and calculating benefits for companies
  • Assignments typically include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems to meet business and user requirements.


What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in data rich environment
  • Expert user of Excel or Google Sheets.


What could set you apart

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Word along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and communication skills required.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
