Brand Media Buyer

As the Brand Media Buyer, you are an accomplished and data-driven marketer with the energy to shape EA's performance marketing brand strategy. With the goal of scaling our business through mobile brand marketing efforts, you will lead the mobile brand media buying strategy.


You play an essential part in the Mobile Growth organization reporting directly into the Sr. Director of Global Growth & Engagement Marketing. You will work with EA Mobile UA Leadership and other Mobile Growth teams to implement strategies through mobile brand marketing media buys.


Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the Sr. Director of Global Growth & Engagement Marketing to oversee the brand marketing media buying strategy for all of EA Mobile.
  • Partner with UA and other Mobile Growth teams to achieve measurable results as an important member of EA Mobile's overall performance-based marketing strategy.
  • Lead all channel-specific recommendations by providing insights as the in-house brand marketing channel expert.
  • Manage EA Mobile brand budgets in close collaboration with studio, finance and marketing leads
  • Create relationships with 3rd party channels and vendors to ensure brand strategies are deployed across a creative channel mix.
  • Provide insights into overall creative trends by channel to promote targeting and messaging to our global player base.


Qualifications: 

  • You have 5+ years experience in mobile brand marketing, with a heavy emphasis on measuring results and working within performance-based marketing organizations.
  • Experience working with an portfolio of mobile-first marketing channels.
  • Familiarity working with MMPs to set up, implement, and measure campaign performance.
  • Experience working with Analytics teams to measure brand marketing performance.
  • Working knowledge of mobile attribution and multiple measurement tools (last touch, incrementality, MMM).
  • Experience applying creatives to build narratives and convey impactful messaging through marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of performance-based marketing.

 

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):º $113,300 - $171,700
  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):º $111,500 - $171,700
  • Jersey City, NJ:º $126,700 - $171,700
  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):º $111,500 - $144,000
  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):º $111,500 - $157,300


Base salary is just one part of the compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
