  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Developing social media content plans and calendar that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
  • Maintain responsibility for social media channels, including creating posts, running promotions, growing followers and increasing engagement and interaction.
  • Lead, develop and manage social influencer relationships and strategies.
  • Create, host, implement and advertise customer webinars and virtual events through a variety of social media networks.
  • Responsible for implementing tactical plans that deliver the maximum number of quality leads that convert to funnel opportunities from social channels and campaigns.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI reports on social media marketing efforts.
  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
  • Maintain and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
  • Assist in digital content updates including website, news articles, new product content, videos, email campaigns, keywords, and analytics.

Social Media program building within a B2B solution marketing environment – Experience for brands with a solution based go to market strategy that includes some type of high value technical hardware/capital equipment + accessories + software + service.


Martech familiarity. Advanced knowledge of working with SMP, Analytics, Salesforce, CMS platforms or similar management tools.


Capability building, backed by results – The interview process will include an expectation that the candidate will be able to show KPI’s that can back this up.



  • 5+ years of strategizing, planning and implementing social media programs for high value B2B solutions.
  • 3+ years of social media organic and paid posts, analytics, A/B testing and reporting of success metrics.
  • 3+ years of video, graphic design and HTML editing.
  • 3+ years of communicating and presenting to Sales Leaders and Executive Level audiences.
  • 3+ working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites, familiarity with Word, Excel and general office applications.
