Audit Analyst Program

What You'll Do

You’ll make meaningful contributions to our global business operations on one of our audit teams, including Asset Management, Commercial Banking, Consumer and Community Banking, Corporate and Investment Bank, and Enterprise Technology. Our teams identify and analyze risks in our businesses and evaluate how we control those. You’ll also test controls by reviewing documents, meeting with management and observing operations. You’ll learn our businesses from the inside, gaining detailed knowledge of the industry and how our teams and technology function together.


Our technology teams focus on reviews of business applications, data management, global infrastructure, digital technologies and cyber/information security. By providing management with feedback regarding the control environment, you’ll help to safeguard our firm and continue to best serve our clients.

What We Offer

Analysts work as either business or technology auditors in this 10-week program. Your experiences may range from analyzing inherent business risks and testing controls to reviewing digital technologies and evaluating information security.


On-the-job experience

As a Summer Analyst, you’ll support various phases of audits, working on continuous monitoring strategies, fieldwork testing, business walkthroughs and preparing reports of audit issues.


Training

You’ll begin the program with a week of core-audit and soft-skills training, including communication and Excel best practices. Over the course of the summer, you’ll learn about the firm’s lines of business via virtual trainings.
