Associate Specialist, Channels & Analytics

Rahway, NJ

The Associate Specialist, Channels & Analytics supports the Digital Communications (within Corporate Communications Team) and will be responsible for executing internal channel production and publishing. You will work with a contracted production team to ensure flawless execution of enterprise-wide e-mail communications, managing access to distribution lists and coordinating publishing timing across owned channels. This role reports directly to the Director of Global Communications, Corporate Affairs.


Success in this tactical role will require a broad and hands-on understanding of the content development process and related analytics, along with strong collaboration with the content & creative teams, partners in social media, global web site owners, external agencies etc. 

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Will serve as a digital advocate, leveraging their production acumen and analytics skills to develop insights for our internal stakeholders.  
  • Deliver and manage high priority enterprise-wide e-mail production, proofing, and distribution, in collaboration with a cross-functional team across the enterprise. 
  • Driving specific, measurable, impactful goals aligned to company strategy.
  • Publish content through the appropriate internal channels. 
  • Supports analysis and reporting on communications effectiveness and impact through accessible, accurate, actionable insights. 
  • Lead the rollout of an email distribution app to the Corporate Communications team. 

 

Education Minimum Requirement 

A minimum of a high school diploma OR equivalent 2-3 years of experience working within communications, media, and/or military. 

 

Location/Commute 

This role is based out of our NJ Headquarter site Rahway.  We offer a Hybrid Work Model (combination of In-office & offsite/remote). This position cannot be 100% remote. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Prior expertise in project management and channel production. 
  • Ability to learn quickly with a demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies. 
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. 
  • 1 year of content management experience (ex. SharePoint, Word Press). 
  • Proficiency with using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote). 
  • Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.  
  • Will be comfortable, willing, and capable of working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.


Expected salary range:

$59,920.00 - $94,300.00
