Associate Recruiter

Job Snob is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our growing company. We are the Medical Aesthetic industry's premier partner for jobs and other practice resources. This position has the potential of transitioning to a full-time recruiting role, or a position that best highlights your strengths.

Our Associate Recruiter will support our operations manager and recruitment team with candidate sourcing and other recruiting-related responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is an exceptional communicator. Primary responsibilities will be assisting with managing the job board, sourcing/recruiting, and other administrative tasks depending on your skillset.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Medical Aesthetic industry knowledge

Interest in recruiting and/or human resources

Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft and Google platforms

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Ability to manager several tasks simultaneously

Adaptable and coachable

Excels in fast-paced environment

Hours: Part-time with opportunity to grow to FT/salaried ~15-20 hours/week

Compensation: $20/Hour
