Associate Director, Sales

This role will sit within our Legacy Sales team, focusing on streaming and YOUNG catalog (18 months – appx 10 yrs). You will work primarily with our frontline labels to identify opportunities for on-roster artists to support their recent releases, and will interface with our biggest DSPs as needed. In addition, you’ll take on account management for 1-2 smaller digital accounts.

What you'll do:

  • Build relationships and liase with frontline labels to identify opportunities for on-roster artists (attend meetings, shows, breakout sessions)
  • Share insight, analysis and recommendations with managers & artists to prioritize activations around past hits and catalog promotion
  • Discuss opportunities & projects with biggest DSPs to maximize exposure for label repertoire
  • Work within the CMG label (Marketing, Track Marketing, Optimization) to prioritize and ideate around these projects
  • Account management for 2+ smaller digital/streaming accounts (ie Pandora, Soundcloud, etc.)


Who you are:

  • 8-10 years of music industry experience (ideally in a streaming/editorial/playlisting field)
  • Moderate data analysis skills
  • Team player & positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
