The Associate, Design role is responsible for creating strong design work for TIAA, including social media posts, brochures/flyers, display ads, email headers, PowerPoint slides, event signage.
At the direction of creative leadership, this individual will produce work for both Institutional and Consumer audiences that will be distributed through a range of channels from digital display advertising to brochures and events.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute on design requests
- Collaborate with team members and creative leadership
- Design and update a full spectrum on design projects, including PowerPoint slides
- Ensure all project requests are met
- Manage projects and tasks through WorkFront project management system
- Manage design files and assets

- Demonstrated track record of design, with samples
- Demonstrated understanding of modern, digital design
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and PowerPoint
- Works with high degree of urgency on tasks and is highly responsive to partner requests at all levels

Base Pay Range: $65,000/yr. - $85,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
