Core Responsibilities
As an Associate Data Specialist within the A&I Enablement B2B/eComm team you will be part of a team that has the responsibility and ownership of our commercial data within the LEGO Group. You will get the opportunity to grow your skills in Power BI, SQL, Python and data analysis, whilst working with a wide array of different team members and partners across the entire organization.

As an Associate Data Specialist within the LEGO Group you will work actively with unlocking the value of data by being part of the creation and enablement of data and analytical products across the organization.
As part of the A&I Enablement Team in commercial Analytics & Insights you will be part of shaping the foundation for the commercial performance narrative of the LEGO Group. You will be part of a team who drives the creation of a global scalable data foundation and building reports in Power BI.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate holds an educational degree or equivalent experience within a business-related field, such as Business Intelligence / information management / Analytics.
The successful candidate proves:
- Knowledge about analytical tools like Power BI
- Some level of proficiency in SQL and/or Python
- Analytical and curious attitude
- Great teammate attitude with the ability to build trustful relationships
- Initiative approach, showing the desire to take ownership
- Motivation to learn and gain experience in a large international company
- Advanced English language skills, both written and oral
- Knowledge of DataBricks or similar platforms is a plus

Additional details on this position
- The salary for this position has a range of $70,400- $105,600 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
- This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St or 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
