Associate Creative Project Manager

Versed is looking for an Associate Creative Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring creative assets, packaging, digital marketing and in-store merchandising projects remain on schedule from brief through delivery. The Associate Creative Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. You will report to the Creative Project Manager and work cross functionally to manage projects from brief to execution to implementation – specifically managing project workflow, building schedules and timelines, and effectively communicating ways to improve how we operate as a team. 


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing project intakes and build-out project timelines that seamlessly integrate workstreams between all cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, e-commerce, and brand
  • Define timelines, milestones, risks, resource needs, budget, and deliverables, reprioritizing to meet business objective when needed
  • Manage and prioritize day-to-day projects and communicate effectively in difficult and time-sensitive situations
  • Maintain and refine for tracking project deliverables, developing timelines and liaising between stakeholders and creative resources
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all creative needs are met
  • Establish collaborative relationships with cross-functional and external partners to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy


Who you are:

  • 2-3 years of project management experience, agency or high volume experience preferred  
  • Proven track record of delivering projects from beginning to end in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Keen eye for detail, impeccable organization skills, and don't get overwhelmed from multitasking or last minute projects
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation and communication skills 
  • Critical thinker and dynamic problem solver
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Great listener who can read between the lines.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Operational knowledge of design, digital and production processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Google docs and experience using project management tools such as Asana
