Assistant Shop Manager

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Work one on one with brides, maintaining an excellent level of customer service
• Guide brides through their dress selection, styling brides from head to toe
• Be an expert on product, policies, and the Lovely Brand
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after appointments
• Work towards a common store goal
• Meet and exceed individual sales goal
• Contribute to a warm, positive, and inspiring company culture

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-Time opportunity (32+ hours per week)
• Weekend availability required
• Competitive pay: hourly rate, commission and tips
