Want to be part of creating Sales Performance Management (SPM) Platform team of the future and building a new and contemporary SPM platform to drive agent’s experience and motivation? This role will specialize in building solutions for agent’s first experience with AIG during onboarding. Key focus areas of role would be improving agent’s experience, reducing average handling time (AHT) and onboarding cases not in good order (NIGO).


About the role

This role will work with Licensing and Commission business partner to develop solution using Enterprise Licensing and Commission (ELC) system Workflow module to reduce Average Handling Time (AHT) for agent on-boarding by leveraging electronic data feed. Additionally, the role will be responsible for building solution to process agent life cycle management transactions within 24 hours.

  • Collaborate with Operation team on opportunities to improve agent’s experience, reduce average handling time (AHT) and cases not in good order (NIGO)  
  • Collaborate with Business Analyst to convert opportunities into initiatives, EPICs and stories
  • Work with Tech Leads on design, own stories from development to deployment
  • Participate in sprint stand up, refinement, planning, retrospection and demo
  • Assist quality assurance analyst with functional and end to end testing
  • Assist tech leads with application tech debt analysis and remediation
  • Collaborate with Team on continuous improvement areas
  • Collaborate with Production Management Team to understand challenges and provide solution recommendation


What we are looking for

  • At least 4 years college education in computer science related major.
  • Must have JavaScript, jQuery, REST API integration experiences and skills.
  • Web application development background is highly desired.
  • Agile methodology knowledge is preferred.
