NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Lead a team of multidisciplinary designers across multiple projects, working closely with both producers and narrators to deliver well-crafted and innovative creative designs. Oversee advertising campaigns, marketing initiatives, and direct brand designs for the NIKE football category. Lead the establishment of the football design direction, global concepts and innovative solutions. Drive design excellence and collaboration across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that the team deliver holistic creative designs against the seasonal strategy. Coach multiple designers and create opportunities for individual development, performance management, recognition and rewards. Deliver best-in-class photography, video content, and digital design in service of the Nike Performance Category. Define art direction for performance video shoots, ensuring content is always on-brand, diverse, contemporary, desirable and within budget.


Employer will accept Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising, Fine Art, or Design and 5 years of progressive experience in a related occupation.


Experience must include the following: Brand designing in the athletic footwear or apparel industry; Cross category work encompassing various athletic product lines; Elevation of internationally recognized consumer brand experience; Design skills to create original design solutions for 2D and 3D executions for consumer experiences; Working on web-based information sharing systems; Working on Brand Asset Management (BAM) software; and Working on layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital and experience production and publishing across formats and platforms.
