Analyst, Talent Operations

Camden, NJ

The Talent Operations Analyst is instrumental in ensuring that the Talent COE delivers on strategy by providing project management, vendor management and technology support. The role will manage the operational aspects of Campbell’s Talent Acquisition, Relocation and annual Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity compliance efforts.


General Summary

  • Project Manager and functional technology lead for Talent Acquisition - prioritizing, testing and driving forward process, services, and technology initiatives that enhance the Recruiter, Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
  • Drives alignment and execution of projects – ensuring clear actions and accountabilities.
  • Works collaboratively as a point of escalation with the Talent/TA COE, vendor partners, HRIT and HRBPs to proactively resolve issues and barriers.
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition Technology portfolio and vendor partnership with focus on ATS, CRM, and career site optimization.
  • Completes monthly billing for RPO ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manages relocation approvals, inquiries and billing in partnership with assistance from outside vendor.
  • Responsible for annually gathering, ensuring accuracy and submitting data for Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), EEO-1, VETS-4212, and other audits as needed, with assistance from an outside vendor.
  • Analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively to audit, identify trends, report and summarize results, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and pivot tables, simplifying it into an executive-ready format
  • Regularly handle issues and subject matter that requires sensitivity, discretion, judgment, and negotiation
  • Assist with special projects, assignments and execution of HR/Talent initiatives
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders – driving consistent approach and execution.


Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years in a related discipline such as Talent Acquisition, Project Management, Data Analytics, Vendor Management
  • Experience working with RPO and managing a variety of vendors
  • HR Technology experience desired: Workday ATS, Phenom People CRM
  • HR functional knowledge of hiring practices, relocation and/or compliance (Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), EEO-1, VETS-4212)
  • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills, successfully managing and delivering simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines – organized and detail oriented.
  • Proven track record of strong interpersonal skills and discretion to manage sensitive and confidential matters.
