What will you do? 

Analyst, Supply Planning (TNF)

The Supply Planning Analyst will be responsible for procurement of supply to meet service and inventory objectives.  You will work to ensure on-time deliveries from vendors and to customers. Additionally, you will root cause delays and proactively work to resolve issues. Key partners include Demand Planning, Direct to Consumer, Global Supply Planning, Global Sourcing, Logistics, Product Teams, and Customer Service. 


Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. 

  • Own and execute product purchases for the brand considering demand inputs, on hand inventory, vendor capacity, minimum order quantities, buy readiness and surcharges. The sole aim, to provide on time supply to demand match and service to the marketplace
  • Issue purchase requisitions and track conversion of purchase requisitions to vendor purchase orders. 
  • Monitor demand needs and supply timing to identify issues and opportunities. Work with partners to adjust supply timing to ensure delivery of current month financial and inventory plans. 
  • Provide regular reporting on key metrics around monthly purchases and future supply availability.  
  • Highlight issues and opportunities to drive improved supply chain operational performance and achieve business objectives. 
  • Participate and/or lead key projects to evolve supply chain capabilities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to manage line list changes and ensure changes are processed in a timely manner. 
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required. 


What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1-3 years of experience and professional achievements. 

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate and work with cross-functional partners
  • Flexibility to pivot, re-prioritize, and multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables, macros) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Understanding of reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP BOBJ, or similar) 
  • Experience with advanced data analytics and flows preferred (Alteryx, AWS, SQL, etc.)
  • APICS or Six-Sigma Certifications are a plus 
  • Location requirement: This position will be reporting to the Denver HQ at least three times a week.


Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:

  • Up to 5% travel expected

Hiring Range: $63,936.00 USD - $79,920.00 USD Annually


Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
