YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 2-4 years of experience as a compensation analyst required
- Solid understanding of compensation programs
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables and formulas)
- Proficient with HRIS, Workday preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong collaboration, organization and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
YOUR MISSION
The Analyst People Rewards will work collaboratively across a team of Global and Regional HR professionals, maintaining & designing programs intended to enable outstanding business results through a performance-based culture. This role will significantly contribute to the design, improvement, and execution of the PUMA’s People Rewards strategies and processes in the US and Canada.
The Analyst will perform a variety of professional, technical and analytical activities across compensation to ensure internal and external equity, compliance and overall competitiveness of the programs.
The Analyst will perform recurring analytical activities across the Benefit programs and ad hoc Benefit projects. 70% of time on Compensation / 30% of time on Benefits.
- Conducts analyses of jobs, hourly wages, salaries, and incentives to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance across the employee lifecycle
- Evaluates jobs using internal tools and maintains job classifications and salary structures; prepares and presents recommendations to end users
- Partner and consult with HR Business Partners, Talent Team and Management to understand business and compensation needs
- Maintains and manages pay program documentation, tools, and maximizes HR system for administration
- Leads pay equity audits, reporting requirements and monitors for new and changing State/Provincial and Federal regulations
- Advises management on applicable State/Provincial and Federal employment regulations as it relates to compensation policies and human resource procedures to maintain compliance
- Research latest trends and industry changes; based on findings, recommend changes or updates to existing programs or policies
- Compiles data and participates in annual and ad-hoc surveys; evaluates data integrity, summarizes results, produces reports, and presents findings to internal stakeholders
- Prepares analysis for Salary Planning and Annual Bonus Processes
- Collaborates in the development of rewards strategies and programs including the annual merit process, bonus plans and short- & long-term incentives
- Trains managers on compensation programs, tools, and structures
- Performs recurring monthly audits across the benefit programs
- Participate in People Rewards team projects and initiatives
