The Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver unique differentiated value for Merchants and Advertisers to reach these high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express, delivering deep insights and maximizing results. Through this complete marketing solution we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want and how we can meet their needs.


How will you make an impact in this role?

This Analyst role on the Amex Offers Sales & Sourcing team will partner directly with our Sales & Sourcing executives to support engagements with partners such as Hilton, Delta, Google, Amazon and other top global brands across Travel, Retail & Online industry verticals. This candidate will be responsible for driving forward multiple projects including marketing execution, results tracking and campaign analysis. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations for selling, go-to-market processes and execution of Amex Offers engagements for key partners
  • Support Sales & Sourcing team members to drive strategic initiatives 
  • Help to identify industry trends and gaps in the portfolio to grow merchant-funded value and contractual funding optimization.
  • Assist with business insights and performance metrics for merchant partners
  • Partner across the team and with internal stakeholders to input and update pipeline opportunities and provide campaign execution support
  • Drive best practices sharing across the team


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in advertising or performance marketing roles
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proven track record of being a high performer with expert organizational and project management skills
  • Passion for performance-based marketing, payments innovation and new digital trends
  • Independent problem solver with great attention to detail and the ability to work cross functionally
  • Strong communication and analytical background
  • A team player who doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up to get things done


Educational Requirement 

  • Bachelor’s degree 


Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
