Administrative Assistant

DreamWorks Animation is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Marketing department executive team.

 

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing, and executives in charge of Brand & Digital, Global Partnerships, and Operations. The role will focus on scheduling/coordinating meetings, screening phone calls, expense reports, travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence. The Assistant may also be asked to provide other support to the team, including marketing research support, presentation materials and special projects as needed. The Assistant is a critical contributor to the success of the Marketing team.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

• The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant, preferably in Entertainment, Corporate Marketing or at an Agency

• Candidate must be a team player, detail oriented and highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Gmail

• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Photoshop required

• Strong communication skills, the ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and problem solve are critical

• Bachelor Degree required
