Administrative Assistant
What You'll Do
Help the world get work done faster and better with Webex! We are looking an administrative assistant to support the Strategy and Business Development team within Cisco Collaboration.
You will support the business leaders in the Cisco Collaboration Strategy & Business Development team. Daily tasks and functions range from calendar coordination and support to expense management and event logistics for virtual (and eventually in-person) activities. The team you will support spans disciplines across Product Management and Business Development. You will need to be agile and jump on a variety of issues real-time as they arise.

You must be someone that loves hard problems and fast-paced innovation – your team leaders are! At Cisco Collaboration, we work with such a wide variety of partners, customers and users that no two problems, or even days, are the same! Our day-to-day is a blend of innovation, measured risk taking and high-speed work. To be successful, you'll want to be an independent thinker as well as collaborator. Learn the patterns of the staff you support and help them to prioritize and manage their daily activities to maximize output. You must be passionate about contributing to a larger picture, and helping to coordinate the chess pieces to make sure we play our best game. You must also be able to prioritize among multiple projects and be an exemplary communicator, standout colleague and strive for self-improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven administrative support, preferably for large teams or executives
- Experience working remotely with the teams you support
- Must demonstrate strong communication and team collaboration skills including conflict resolution, both within and outside of the company
