Ad Operations Manager

Carlsbad, CA

As the AdOps Manager, you will work cross-functionally to increase our revenue streams by successfully developing, managing, and optimizing our display and video ad integrations. The ideal candidate is data-driven, hand’s on, and has a proven track record of success in the AdTech industry.


Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in DFP/GAM, partner dashboards, proprietary internal products, and third-party analytics and reinforce best practices.
  • Help with the optimization strategy for website ad technologies including Header Bidding, Server to Server, tracking pixels, etc.
  • Use partner optimization and revenue analysis to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, recommend workflow changes, implement new technical solutions, etc.
  • Identify and resolve technical Ad Operations and ad-trafficking issues.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends/patterns in complex data sets.
  • Drive innovation by staying up to date on industry best practices and emerging ad technologies.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years in an Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, Ad Technology, or a technical role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or relevant work experience).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (Pivot Table, VLOOKUPS, SUMIF, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of DFP/GAM, programmatic campaigns, and header bidding.
  • Experience with video monetization.
  • Preferred - experience with any/all of the following: OpenX, Rubicon, DBM, index exchange, DCP.
  • Must be detail-oriented with great attention to accuracy, have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to manage and communicate with teams on multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
