YOUR MISSION

  • Manage Corporate income tax compliance including primary data gathering, workpaper preparation, and secondary review of income tax returns, comprising of consolidated returns
  • Prepare quarterly and annual corporate tax provision (ASC 740) for the North American region
  • Conduct tax research for various customer projects including written summaries
  • Key partner on the tax planning process and the development of innovative strategies
  • Oversee tax notices and tax examinations
  • Assist with monthly sales and use tax workpaper preparation and return review
  • Support periodic review of transfer pricing methods and documentation


YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a master’s degree in Business or Taxation
  • 4 years of continuous experience in federal and state tax consulting and compliance experience in public accounting
  • Experience with a national accounting/consulting firm
  • Experience with corporate tax provisions (ASC 740) and corporate tax planning, compliance and consulting
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • CPA or EA qualifications is beneficial
  • This role is currently based in the Westford, MA office. In mid-2021, this role will transition to our new office in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA.
