  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent
  • 3-5 years sales experience
  • Knowledge of how to position and sell technology (SaaS) and contractual/transactional services
  • Superior communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient with technology, including but not limited to Salesforce and all Microsoft Office Solutions
  • Team player who works collaboratively with peers and management
  • Holds themselves accountable for exceeding their KPI goals and
  • takes ownership of their actions
  • Self-motivated, confident, persistent, organized, problem solver, coachable
  • Ability to get past the gatekeeper
  • Superior skill on objection handling
  • Ability to travel up to 25% when requested to do so (attend in-person and virtual conferences)


The Account Executive is responsible for creating and executing sales strategies that achieve target revenue through implementation of sales plans, marketing plans and call activity to ensure the team exceeds goal. This is an Account Executive I sales position with a career path opportunity to become an Account Executive II and high potential to move to Field Sales Role.

  • Prospects for new logo business and achieving a revenue quota
  • Develop knowledge on the Fair Credit Reporting Act, The Driver's Privacy Protection Act, and The Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act through internal training
  • Uses the consultative sales process to identify needs and offer TransUnion’s TLOxp solution
  • Keen awareness to analyze a customer’s pain points to propose solutions to address needs
  • 50+ outbound prospecting calls daily, combination sourced from leads and targeted accounts
  • Establish and build on relationships with key account stakeholders to understand
  • purchasing requirements
  • Documents all activities in CRM to manage sales activities, follow-ups with prospects and generates reports to reflect quantity and quality of sales activities
  • Builds a sales pipeline to ensure continuous achievement of monthly revenue targets for Account Executives
  • Does proper handoff of new opportunities to the Account Manager team to ensure a smooth and productive onboarding experience for new customers
