Account Coordinator

Responsible for managing the day-to-day partner relationships and sales processes to assist the U.S. commercial team in hitting and exceeding their revenue goals. You will be a liaison between the many different facets of the company providing support, cultivating, nurturing and ultimately leveraging quality contacts at both the agency & client levels.

What You'll Do

Support US sales organization - including prospecting, partner requests, deck creations, research and insights, and client meetings.

• Preparing, filing and retrieving sales-related documents, like contracts
• Designing and renewing sales proposals
• Updating internal databases with account information

REQUIREMENTS

What You Have

• Proactive with a positive approach towards problem solving
• An entrepreneurial mindset – strong desire to be part of a “team”
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment, working across multiple internal departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in the suite of Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) etc.
• Internship or experience working at a media agency, publisher, network, or with major sports teams and league offices preferred
• Sports enthusiast a plus!
