About the Global Internship Program 

In line with our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action (IDEA) commitments and our Be Human Impact Agenda goal to reflect the diversity of the communities we serve and operatein around the world, the Global Internship Program connects emerging talent to hands-on learning experiences at one of our participating global Store Support Centers (SSC).  

 

➡️ The 2025 program will run June 9 to August 29, 2025 

 

Program Experience Includes:  

  • 12-week internship (June 9–August 29, 2025) 
  • Full-time, paid opportunity, eligible for benefits  
  • Practical work experience and skills development within a participating lululemon SSC business function 
  • Career development sessions, social events, opportunity to learn from executive leaders 
  • 3-tier support system that includes supervisor, mentor, and buddy for coaching and mentorship 

 

Current students, recent graduates, career changers and those returning to the workforce are eligible to apply. Interns participating in the 2025 program will have early access to full-time job opportunities, although conversion to full-time employment after the program is not guaranteed. 


Our Design team is a diverse team of creative and strategic thinkers, who are future thinking, detail-oriented and solution focused. They are at the forefront of activewear and aware of macro lifestyle and fashion trends and how this relates to the active industry.


They are strong communicators who value and develop their cross functional relationships.


This is a team of high performers who are constantly striving to develop personally and professionally, practicing open feedback in a trusting space. This team knows how to bring fun into their everyday, prioritising team connection and enjoying sweat & creative sessions together.


A Day in The Life 

  • Some of the tasks, roles and responsibilities include: 
  • Support the Designer with day-to-day tasks.
  • Build flat drawings and line overviews as directed.
  • Be present for fitting and design/product meetings to capture feedback and actions.
  • Support with management of design samples and set up for key gates and presentations.
  • Support with presentation deck creation as needed by management team.
  • Provide administrative support to the team where required.


Nice to Haves

  • Highly organized, thorough and able to prioritize.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to understand, absorb and process information quickly and apply that to tasks.
  • A passion for art and design and fashion.
  • An awareness of fashion and market trends.
  • An aspiration to be a designer in the training.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Work, Mac OS an asset.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to support the team.

Workplace Arrangement 

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy (see SSC Workplace Program youlu page for an overview): 

 

📍Hybrid: Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week. Applicants must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the specified work location. 

 

Compensation and Benefits Package  

📌 Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from CAD $55,300 - $60,300 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
